We will not be responsible nor will we refund you if you make wrong or inaccurate selection of the product or products. You must pay in full when making an order. We will not accept your order unless full payment of the product or products that you choose has been made. Payment can be made via any payment method included in the website including but not limited to PayPal and must be in Australian Dollars only. We will not deliver the product/s that you have ordered unless and until we have accepted the payment. We will notify you once the order you have made has been accepted by us. We reserve the right to cancel or decline your order at anytime for any unlikely reason (unavailability of stock or delay in stock etc.) and a full refund will be made if you have already made the payment for the order. When you submit an order you agree to abide by our Terms and Conditions.
We work hard and make sure that we deliver the product/s that you ordered within two to seven business days via our delivery partner Australia Post. Delivery will only be made within Australia, as we don’t do overseas delivery. Delivery charge depends on your location, weight and dimensions of the item. The product or products that you have ordered will be delivered to the address given by you on our website. If the address given by you is incorrect, you will be responsible for the shipping costs and DMA will not bear the shipping cost at all. In case of any change of address, you must notify DMA before submitting the order. You are solely responsible for the address you provide to us.
Even though we do our best not to have any kind of error on our website, you may come across some technical or typographical error or error in our product description and pricing. We are not responsible for any such errors and it is your responsibility to double check and clarify with us before submitting an order or using the website. We reserve the right to correct such errors without any notice or announcement including once you have placed your order.

We reserve the right to modify, change and update the contents (including price of any products) and add, delete products and limit the quantity of the products without any notice at anytime, including once you have placed the order. The dimensions and weight of the products on this website are approximate but very close to the actual product.
We value our customers and as a result you may be entitled for returns within 7 days of your order being dispatched in exchange of other items or products of the similar value or cost. We do not refund money but can exchange other items or products of the similar value or cost.
DMA holds the right to decide whether you are entitled for return or not. Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used or is not in its original packing and the return has not been made within 7 days of your order being dispatched.
Return will only be accepted in case of damaged or faulty items or products. Since most of our items are handmade and hand crafted, we do not classify scratches or unpolished areas of the product as faulty. Item or Product is faulty only if it has a missing or a broken part.
Items or products shown on DMA website may look different in picture than the actual product. DMA will not pay for the return postage cost or charges and is not responsible for it. We will accept returns of the item or product only if it’s returned in its original packing and form.

Though, we take all the safety and precautionary measures, DMA is not responsible if the device of the user of this website gets affected in any way, shape or form.
